Refund Policy

How to request a refund

Email Alex@govbidsetup.com from the address you used to purchase, with the words "refund request" in the subject line. That is the whole process. We do not require a phone call, a form, or a reason.

We will confirm your request by email within one business day and process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

What happens after a refund

• We stop all work on your registration immediately.
• We remove ourselves from any data entry role we were assigned on your registration.
• Your Login.gov account, your SAM.gov account, and your registration remain yours. They always were. A refund does not undo or cancel a registration that has already been submitted or approved.
• You are responsible for maintaining and renewing your own registration from that point on.

Opportunity alerts subscription

The alerts subscription is separate from the registration fee.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal, in the same place you signed up, without contacting us. You can also cancel by emailing Alex@govbidsetup.com.
• Canceling stops all future charges immediately.
• Your alerts continue through the end of the billing period you already paid for.
• We do not prorate partial months. If you were charged for a month you did not intend to use, email us and we will make it right.

If something goes wrong

If a charge looks wrong to you, please email us before disputing it with your card issuer. A chargeback takes weeks and locks both of us out of fixing the problem directly. We would rather just refund you.

Duplicate and accidental charges

Duplicate charges, charges after a cancellation, and charges made in error are refunded in full whenever they happen, regardless of the 30 day window.
