Before you email us about a registration problem
If your registration is stuck or was rejected, include your business legal name exactly as it is filed and a copy of the message the government sent you. That is usually enough for us to tell you what is wrong on the first reply instead of the third.
Cancel a subscription
You can cancel opportunity alerts yourself at any time from your billing portal, in the same place you signed up. You do not need to email us at all. If you would rather we do it, email Alex@govbidsetup.com and we will cancel it and confirm by email.
Privacy requests
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to opt out of sale or sharing for advertising, email Alex@govbidsetup.com. See our Privacy Policy for details.
A warning worth repeating. We will never email or text you asking for your Login.gov password, your multi factor authentication codes, your bank account or routing numbers, or your security question answers. If someone does, it is not us. Report it and contact us at Alex@govbidsetup.com.
